| Using a special wax that forms like play dough everyone can create. These wax shapes were made simply by pinching it. More complicated shapes can be made by rolling, flattening, and twisting. Toothpicks, pencils, or anything with texture can be used to shape the wax. Being playful seems to produce the best results. We use a piece of red wax to connect the Charms for casting. In the second image wax is assembled on what we call a tree prior to casting.

Casting the Charms using the lost wax method they can be made from either Sterling Silver or 14K Gold.
These charms for the bracelet seen on the home page were made by kids for a auction. Here you can see the fingerprint impressions which are the hallmark of each child. The Charms are attached to the bracelet chain in order so each child's work can be identified later.
